DSTV throws jab at Man United; Calls club Drawchester United. United fans react, threaten to Sue Company.

DSTV Satellite Service  has recently come under fire, from a wide range of Football Club fans,  after one of its Social Media's DSTV Nigeria Page handlers threw a subtle jab at Manchester United Football Club of England, referring to the Club as "DrawChester United" on the biggest Social Media Platform in the World; FACEBOOK.

This is coming after Manchester United's series of full time draw games it had  produced recently.. 

In a bid to advertise the upcoming match between EPL sides, Manchester united and Brighton on Tuesday, on one of its Variety Sports Channel, the Sub-Saharan African direct broadcast satellite service owned by MultiChoice, threw a light sub at the home Club and termed it "Drawchester United vs Brighton.

Whilst a truck load of rival fans of the club have applauded and found the joke funny, Man united fans have however Not found any amusement to the joke in which most of the Club's fans termed "Distasteful, Spitting, Unprofessional and a whole lot of negativity, as many could be seen expressing shock and questioning the authenticity of the page post, as it is verified with over 3 million followers, thus, threatening to take legal actions to sue Multichoice as they are the owners of DSTV Nigeria, with most calling for the Boycotting of the Company.  See screenshots below.

Nevertheless,  Man united would go on to beat Brighton in a 2-0 win with goals scored by Cristiano Ronaldo in the 51st minute of play  and Bruno Fernandez in the 90+7th minute of additional time, shooting the team back in Top 4 on the EPL table for now. 

But in all of these, i believe DSTV didn't mean any harm 😅

United did go ahead to secure a win.
