Nigeria Super Eagles Exit Afcon; Netizens blame President Muhammadu Buhari, Demands for Immediate Resignation.

Nigerians in the last 16 hours, have gone bananas, following the shameful exit of The Super Eagles, in the ongoing Afcon tournament in Cameroon. Nigeria, having put up a tremendous performance in the group stage, which saw them advance to the knockout stages, were paired with Tunisia, who finished 3rd on their group table. 

Prior to the unfolded event, The President, HIS EXCELLENCY MUHAMMADU BUHARI, GCFR, PRESIDENT AND COMMANDER–IN–CHIEF OF THE ARMED FORCES OF NIGERIA, had earlier made a live video call to the Super Eagles, in preparation for the game, to wish them well, as a Father, would to his Children. 

Underrating a Tunisian Side, due to the COVID-19 challenges that struck the team, Nigerians were confident of a solid win. But things didn't however go as planned. Nigeria would witness Tunisia’s Youssef Msakni, Net  in a goal, in  the 47th minute of play. Sending Nigerians into panic mode. The Super eagles, surprisingly, failed to make any comebacks, bringing the game to a full time victory in the favour of Tunisia. 

This has however stirred emotions and as many, as can be seen, including Notable names in the society, have apportioned the blames to President Muhammadu Buhari and calling for his immediate resignation.  See Screenshots below;
